Eight companies are in the same city
Tsing Shing is not only the headquarters of the group, but also the location of Yellow National Railway, Tsing Shing Metro, Tsing Shing Industry, Yellow Medical, Kariton Classical, Yellow Philharmoniker and Tsing Shing Kariton University; Tai Peng Cheun International Airport is the main hub of Yellow Airlines.
The direct result of this geographical concentration is that the cost of cross-sector collaboration is much lower than that of similar multinational groups: the subway and the national railway can jointly build a hub transfer system, the subway and aviation can jointly build airport track connections, industrial companies can intervene in the vehicle selection of railways and subways in advance, and the industrial projects of universities can be directly connected to the real scenarios of eight industries.
The corresponding price is concentrated risk. In its business continuity planning, the group has established off-site backup arrangements for headquarters functions, data infrastructure and key dispatch centers.
