Development history

1947 to present

Every expansion of the Group begins with a public need that is not fully satisfied by the existing market. The following are the key nodes that make up today’s Yellow Incorporation.

  1. 1947
    Founded

    Yellow Airlines made its maiden flight, and this is where the group started

    Yellow Airlines opened its first regular route, becoming the starting point and first member company of Yellow Incorporation in the future. "Bringing the world closer" has since become the group's original proposition.

  2. 1953
    Founded

    Air cargo business started

    Yellow Airlines Cargo was established, starting with the bellyhold capacity of passenger aircraft, undertaking regular transportation of mail and high-value cargo, laying the foundation for the group's logistics capabilities.

    expansion

    Authorized by the state to operate the national railway network

    Yellow National Railway (YNR) was authorized by the state in accordance with the law and became the only national railway operator of Einsenland, implementing unified planning, construction, operation and management of national railway lines.

    expansion

    Tsing Shing Industry was established

    In order to meet the independent supply needs of key components for railways and aviation, the group established Tsing Shing Industry, and its business started with bogies and braking systems.

    Kariton Classical established

    The group established a record company to focus on the recording, production and distribution of classical music, and established a recording concept based on live hall acoustics.

    Yellow Philharmoniker formation

    The orchestra was officially established and located at the Garytown Concert Hall. It is guaranteed by the group's special budget for cultural undertakings and undertakes the dual mission of performance and education promotion.

    Tsing Shing Metro first line opened

    The capital city rail transit began operation, and the group's transportation territory has since covered three levels: aviation, railway and urban rail.

    people's livelihood

    Yellow Medical established

    The Group entered the medical and health field, starting with a comprehensive diagnosis and treatment network, and gradually expanded to medical research and development and primary health services.

  9. 1998
    science and technology

    Marcus Elam Corporation was established

    The group has established a technology enterprise. Its business started with software services and gradually expanded to consumer electronics and platform ecology. It also assumes the construction function of the group's internal technology base.

    educate

    Tsing Shing Kariton University school established

    The group supports the establishment of higher education institutions and arranges disciplines around the four directions of engineering, aviation, music and management. Academic affairs are independently decided by the school's academic committee.

    Reorganization

    Reorganize the holding structure and establish eight major areas

    The group has completed the reorganization of its holding structure and formed four major sectors: transportation and travel, technology and manufacturing, medical and health, culture and education, and established a direct reporting relationship between the executive committee and the heads of business sectors.

    Reorganization

    Tai Peng Cheun International Airport new hub opened

    Yellow Airlines is the central node of the global route network. At the same time, it will build an airport rail connection with Tsing Shing Metro to form an integrated connection between aviation and urban rail.

    The group data center was built

    The operational data of five types of businesses including aviation, railway, subway, industry and medical are integrated into the unified governance framework, and cross-sector analysis is supported under hierarchical authorization.

    Net-zero emissions roadmap released

    The group announced the goals of net zero for Scope 1 and 2 in 2035 and net zero for the entire value chain in 2050, and included emission intensity indicators in the assessment of the heads of each member company.

    A new round of fleet and road network updates launched

    Yellow Airlines has launched a new generation wide-body aircraft introduction plan, and Yellow National Railway has simultaneously promoted network electrification transformation. The two plans together constitute the core project of the group's emission reduction roadmap.

    Group brand and digital interface unified upgrade

    The group has completed the reorganization of the brand system and the reconstruction of the official website, and the nine member companies have formed a unified interface in terms of visuals, information disclosure and service portals.
