Contacts and resources for media
The external communications of the Group and its member companies are unified by the Public Relations Department. In situations involving transportation safety, public service interruptions and medical incidents, we implement the disclosure principle of “facts first, position second”.
News inquiries
Reporters and media organisations should submit requests for interviews, fact-checking and material requests through the group’s public relations department. We will forward the content to the corresponding member companies according to the line to which the content belongs.

统一口径
集团与九家成员企业的对外信息发布采用统一机制，避免同一事件出现口径不一致的说明。
不作个别回应
涉及尚未公开披露的经营信息，集团不向单一媒体作个别回应，以确保信息公平。
事实核对开放
媒体在发稿前的事实核对请求，我们会尽可能在合理时间内予以回应。
Rules for the use of logos and names
The following guidelines apply to media reports, partner materials, and third-party citations. Commercial use requires prior written permission from the Group.

Yellow Incorporation
- 正式名称中文「黄色集团」，英文「Yellow Incorporation」。简称「YI」。首次出现时建议使用全称。
- 成员企业称谓各成员企业应使用其自身名称，如「黄色航空」「黄色国家铁路（YNR）」，不宜以「黄色集团」代称具体成员企业的行为。
- 标识使用标识不得变形、旋转、拉伸或添加效果。最小留白不小于标识高度的四分之一。
- 标识版本集团版为单色标志，在浅色底上用墨色、深色底上用白色。黄色航空使用同一标志的黄色底版；除该底版外，标志不得置于其他色块之上。
- 配色主色为深藏青（#0B1F3A），辅助色为香槟金（#C8A24A）。品牌黄（#FFD400）仅作小面积信号色使用。
- 影像素材本站图片仅授权用于与黄色集团相关的新闻报道，不得用于商业用途、不得二次分发，使用时应注明来源。
