Responsible for group operation management, corporate governance, board of directors affairs, legal compliance and major decision-making coordination.
Ms. Wei Lai is currently the president, secretary of the board of directors and director of the legal department of Yellow Incorporation. She assists the CEO in coordinating the daily operations and cross-department collaboration of the group, and is fully responsible for corporate governance, board operations, information disclosure, legal affairs and compliance management.
Ms. Wei Lai has extensive experience in business management, corporate governance and legal practice, and has held senior management and legal positions in large enterprises. During her tenure, she was responsible for organizing work related to the board of directors and shareholders' meetings, coordinating the review and implementation of the group's major decisions, and establishing a legal risk prevention and compliance management system covering all business segments.
She also participates in the group's major investments, mergers and acquisitions, business negotiations and system construction, providing legal and governance support for the group's strategic implementation and operating activities, ensuring that the group's operations are standardized and decision-making is efficient, and it continues to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of shareholders, regulatory agencies and other stakeholders.
