Mr. Huang Zhangjun is the chairman and CEO of Yellow Incorporation and is fully responsible for the group’s strategic planning, major decisions and global operations.
Mr. Huang Zhangjun has more than ten years of experience in multinational enterprise management and investment. Since the founding of the group, it has led the integration and expansion of diverse sectors such as aviation, railways, technology, manufacturing, medical care and culture, and established a comprehensive corporate structure with Tsing Shing as its headquarters and business throughout the world. He adheres to the purpose of "connecting people and serving society" and promotes the group's continuous investment in digital transformation, sustainable development and corporate governance. He serves as chairman of the group's board of directors and leads the board of directors in fulfilling strategic supervision and risk management responsibilities.

The founder of Yellow Airlines, who is also the CEO and director of the flight department, holds multiple types of commercial aircraft pilot licenses.
Mr. Huang Zhangjun is the founder of Yellow Airlines and is currently the CEO and director of the flight department of Yellow Airlines. The group's current structure spanning eight fields started from the maiden voyage of Yellow Airlines in 1947.
He holds pilot licenses from the Essenland Civil Aviation Authority (EAAD), the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), covering A320, A330, A350, A380, B737, B777 and B787 aircraft types.
