Tsing Shing Metro

Tsing Shing Metro is responsible for the operation and management of urban rail transit in the capital Tsing Shing, providing citizens with safe and convenient public transportation services. As a provider of urban public services, Tsing Shing Metro’s business goal is not to maximize profits, but to expand network coverage as much as possible, compress departure intervals, and maintain affordable fare levels on the premise of financial sustainability.

The company organizes its operations around three indicators: "safety, punctuality, and accessibility." The entire network implements unified driving safety regulations and emergency plans; signal and vehicle maintenance cycles are calculated based on operating mileage rather than calendar dates; all new stations are designed according to barrier-free standards, and the renovation of elevators and blind walkways at existing stations is included in the annual plan.

In collaboration with other member companies of the group, Tsing Shing Metro and Yellow National Railway share the transfer system of the Tsing Shing central station, and jointly build the Tai Peng Cheun International Airport track connection with Yellow Airlines, so that aviation, railways and urban rails form a complete travel network in the capital.
