Xie Chenge

Mr. Xie Chenge is currently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Yellow Incorporation and is fully responsible for the group’s financial strategy, budget and performance management, capital allocation, investor relations, and financial and compliance risk management and control.

Mr. Xie Chenge has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance and capital markets, and has held senior financial management positions in multinational companies and financial institutions. During his tenure, he led the group's consolidated statements, capital coordination, financing and M&A financial due diligence, and promoted the financial disclosure and reporting system related to ESG and sustainable development.

He assists the board of directors and CEO in making major investment and resource allocation decisions, ensuring the group's financial stability and transparency, and maintaining good communication with global investors and regulators.

Xie Chenge serves as the chief product officer of Marcus Elam Corporation, responsible for product planning, design and user experience. He has extensive product management experience, having served as product leader at several international technology companies.

Xie Chenge has led the design and development of multiple consumer electronics products at MEC, focusing on user experience and product innovation. Under his drive, MEC's ​​products have gained a good reputation in the market and established a loyal user base.

He has been studying design and technology subjects since high school, achieving good results along the way, and was finally admitted to the Tsing Shing Kariton University electronic engineering major and achieved excellent results in college. MEC's ​​first laptop MarcBook Origin is the graduation project of Xie Chenge.
