Yellow National Railway (Yellow National Railway, referred to as YNR) is Einsenland’s only railway enterprise authorized by the state in accordance with the law and funded by the state. It implements unified planning, construction, operation and management of national railway lines in accordance with the law. As the sole operator of the national railway system, YNR assumes the important responsibilities of ensuring national transportation operations, promoting regional connectivity and serving socio-economic development.
Relying on state support and a sound management system, Yellow National Railway continues to promote the modernization of the railway network, continuously improves transportation safety, operation efficiency and service quality, and provides solid support for Einsenland to build an efficient, reliable and sustainable railway transportation system.
YNR is divided into four departments based on business attributes: long-distance passenger transportation, short-distance and intercity passenger transportation, cargo transportation, and rail network maintenance and management. The four departments operate collaboratively under unified dispatch command and safety standards to ensure the inter-regional punctuality of main line trains and the high frequency density of intercity commuting, while ensuring that freight channels and infrastructure maintenance are not crowded by passenger peaks.
In addition to its national railway attributes, YNR is also the core carrier of the group's sustainable development strategy. The carbon emissions per unit transportation volume of railways are significantly lower than those of highways and aviation. Every increase in network electrification rate will be directly reflected in the group's overall emission intensity index.
