Mr. Huang Xinyu is currently the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Yellow Incorporation, responsible for the overall planning and promotion of the group’s overall information system architecture, data platform, information security, and the informatization and digital construction of each subsidiary.

Mr. Huang Xinyu has more than 20 years of experience in information technology and digital management, and has extensive practice in large-scale enterprise information systems, cloud infrastructure, data governance and cross-business line information integration.

During his term of office, he promoted the group's unified information standards and data security system, promoted the systematic implementation of operational digitization, intelligent dispatching and customer experience in aviation, railway, logistics, manufacturing and other sectors, and collaborated with Marcus Elam Corporation and other technology sectors to strengthen the group's information and data foundation for innovation and long-term competitiveness.

Mr. Huang Xinyu serves as the Chief Technology Officer of Marcus Elam Corporation, responsible for technical architecture, R&D management and engineering team building. He has a strong background in software engineering and system architecture, and has served as a technical leader in several technology companies.

Mr. Huang Xinyu led the research and development of MEC operating system, cloud platform and AI technology, and established an efficient technical team and research and development process. Under his leadership, MEC has made important breakthroughs in core technology areas and applied for a number of technology patents.

The first generation of MEC's ​​MarcOS was independently developed by Huang Xinyu.
