Responsible for network-wide operations, dispatching and security, ensuring coordination and punctuality of long-distance, intercity and freight transportation.
Licht Müller serves as Chief Planning and Operations Officer of YNR and is responsible for network-wide operations, train dispatching, safety and service quality, as well as Minister for Intercity Passenger and Freight Transport.
Müller has extensive experience in railway operations and dispatch systems and led the construction of YNR's unified dispatch center and intelligent timetable system. He coordinates the allocation of capacity on the Fernverkehr, Nahverkehr and Güterverkehr lines and works closely with the GleisNetz rail network maintenance department to ensure network availability and operational safety.
Under his drive, YNR's long-distance and intercity on-time performance continues to remain at the leading level in the industry.
