Mr. Maximilian Ernst von Adler is currently the CEO, artistic director and conductor of Kariton Classical, and is fully responsible for the company's strategic planning, business development and brand building.

He has over twenty years of music industry management experience, having held production and distribution management positions at a number of international record labels. During his tenure, he promoted the transformation of Kariton Classical from traditional record distribution to digital music platform, and deepened the cooperation with Yellow Philharmoniker. He pays attention to the balance between artistic quality and business, and is committed to making classical music reach a wider audience through high-quality recording and innovative distribution methods.
